Ordering

 

All milk, cream and yogurt is supplied in glass jars with a plastic lid¹. All first orders are required to pay a "jar deposit" of $5 per jar ordered. Upon later pick-ups, if you exchange your empty jar, including the plastic lid, you will not be required to pay another jar deposit. This deposit is refundable, if you decide not to continue to purchase products.

If you forget your empty exchange jars on pick up day, you will be required to pay a new deposit, which is refundable when returned.

When ordering milk please:

1) Select the milk product with the appropriate day and location for your pick-up. See chart below for additional details.

2) Add a Jar Deposit to your shopping cart for each milk, cream and/or yogurt you have ordered for which you don't have an exchange, of the same size and quality jar.

3) When checking out, please ensure that the day in the title of your milk selection matches the pick up day. I.E. Monday milk select Monday pick up, Thursday milk, select Thursday pick up, etc. If you have a mismatch in milk title and pick up day (i.e. ordering Wednesday milk for Tuesday pick up) we can not guarantee availability. 

4) If something comes up and you are unable to pick up your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We can arrange another day/time or cancel your order.

¹Any references to “jar” or “jars” includes its corresponding plastic lid.

Ordering Window

All ordering opens weekly at 6pm on Saturday's and closes at 11:55pm the night before pick up. Excess milk will be moved to other days as available and/or posted to social media.

On pick up day

• Don't wait for a confirmation email. This will not arrive until after you have picked up your order. Please review pick up times and arrive according to this information.
• Bring a cooler of some sort along with ice/ice packs. Keeping your milk cold is super important for longevity and safety. Ideally raw milk should be kept below 40 degrees.
• Milk lasts at least 2 weeks from the date on the jar.
• Please be respectful of pick up windows.
• If exchanging jars, please ensure they are clean when returning. When you finish your milk, wash your jar either by hand or pop it in the dishwasher. The stickers are designed to stay on, but if they fall off, don't worry.
• Payment methods - Cash or Venmo
• If you arrive without jars to exchange, you will be charged an additional $5 per jar of milk.
• If you arrive without lids to your jars, you will be charged an additional $1 per missing lid.
• For on farm pick up: When you arrive, pull up to the house and come to the door with the Welcome sign.
